Third Grade Teacher

Hi, I’m Ms. Francis, the third grade teacher and the Elementary 7 Mindsets Coordinator at Heritage Academy.

This is my third year in third grade, and I have previously taught four years in kindergarten and two years in fifth grade. I hope to encourage students to try harder than they thought they could by overcoming obstacles; to focus on their strengths, but also learn mistakes are proof you are trying and completely acceptable; and to dream big with a growth mindset that will lead to endless possibilities. 

I am excited for the new school year and can’t wait to meet all the wonderful students.
