This next week in Reader’s Theater, kiddos will explore “masonry”. It’s time to design and build the Giant’s castle. We are going for an authentic stone castle, using sponge paints and pre-cut templates. The model is prepped and ready. Our rocks will have texture and reflect a variety of sediment!

Heritage Academy is full of molecular biologists. Check out these 3D cells that our resident scientists-in-training made by way of paper mache’!

Reader’s Theater obtained a new benefactor, thanks to one of our resident thespians. One of our students made an appeal to her grandma for paint. A hero lives among us! Kris Tygret- former Board Member, rose to the challenge. Thanks to this generous heart, our Goose will have golden eggs! Donations of paint are always welcomed! Students wrote Thank-You notes! #JackandtheBeanstalk

Delta Dental has rescheduled their clinic with us for sometime in May. If you have your permission slips filled out you may return them now and we will hold on to them. We will inform you of the new date as we near closer.

Our 2nd dramatic play from Reader’s Theater is dedicated to the comedic duo of Abbott & Costello. Thespians learned about pointillism today. Then they continued work on egg carton characters/creatures. Creativity abounds!

Here’s some of our egg carton characters and creatures, one can find in the storyline of “Jack & the Beanstalk”.
